The idea here is a "Create Your Own Strawberry Shortcake" bar that is designed to bless the residents throughout the day. It is not a "large gathering" event, but rather a non-traditional "come and go" event that reaches a lot of residents, and is for resident appreciation. Residents are allowed to come when it is convenient for them, so it will reach those that might not be able to come to your regular events. This is a great event for Mother's Day or Valentine's Day weekend. Sweet Saturday could also be used to pep up any dull dreary fall or winter season. This event would be an ideal Resident Appreciation Week event.This event would be held indoors in the clubhouse during leasing hours. You would need to set up and clean up, as well as hang out throughout the event to refill containers and talk with residents. This event would be an ideal Resident Appreciation Week event.
