Why not Plan on Having a Halloween Party at Your Community on Saturday October 31st

Why not Plan on Having a Halloween Party at Your Community on Saturday October 31st with a pumpkin carving contest, food, candy, games, and following it all up with a community hayride! At the “Pumpkin Carving Contest" for the children in your complex, decorate an area, set up display tables and have cookies and punch. Residents can also be asked prior to bring in their pumpkins prior to the party so that we can have anyone that comes in the office vote on their favorite. Have 3 judges (adult residents) they wear our festive witch hats and some wear spooky capes! Children get to carve their pumpkins and decorate them however they want. Then have 3 age groups for the winning carvers and the winners are given a toy that is age appropriate. All contestants receive a goodie bag! The kids will love it and ask every year if you’re going to have the contest. If you have a lot of kids in your complex this is a great way to welcome the newbies and let the kids know how great they are!

Candy and games will be provided by the office staff and food will be a potluck of sorts with the majority brought in by residents. Ask our landscaping company to let you borrow a wagon for a memorable hayride immediately following your party. Ask residents to sign up to hand out candy during the community hayride. Everyone will be very excited about this event and we hope it becomes a yearly tradition!
